Portable Cart Filler - Time Gravity

The Packaging Dynamics, Ltd. portable Time-Gravity Liquid Filler model TG-4C has been engineered to provide an economical and convenient means for filling small production runs of today’s liquid products! Product is supplied to the product tank by way of a pneumatic pump. When the product level becomes low the float switch will start the pump and replenish the gravity tank with product. PLC controlled Operator Interface houses the independent nozzle time settings. Parameters can be entered to within 1/100th second. A single touch of the Start Button and product is fed by gravity from the tank through the nozzles into your containers. At the completion of the filling cycle the nozzles are turned off and product flow is stopped. Filled containers can then be moved along the supplied dead plate conveyor. Assembled on its own Stainless Steel portable cart, the TG-4C can be easily moved to anywhere within your facility. Its stainless steel and Nema 4 construction allows for easy and quick clean-ups and storage.
